I am responsible for our attainment raising programme in The Commonweal School and John Madjeski Academy in addition to our care experienced programme in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire (Future Pathways) and our targeted outreach provision.

I am responsible for our attainment raising programme in Sir Herbert Leon Academy and Milton Keynes Academy. In addition to targeted outreach I also design and deliver the 'Young Carers on Tour' programme for young carers.

I am responsible for our attainment raising programme in Aylesbury Vale Academy and UTC Aylesbury. In addition to our targeted outreach provision I also design and deliver the Pioneers programme for students of Black African, Caribbean or mixed heritage and/or Bangladeshi, Pakistani or mixed heritage.

I am responsible for our attainment raising programme in Kingsdown School and UTC Swindon. In addition to targeted outreach I also design and deliver the 'Young Carers on Tour' programme for young carers.

I am responsible for our attainment raising programme in Carterton Community College in Oxfordshire, as well as supporting young people from Armed Forces families (Future Focus) and our targeted outreach provision. I also support on the Pioneers programme for specific BAME students.

Day to day I oversee our Attainment Raising (Elevate) and Targeted Outreach programmes. I am also responsible for delivering our attainment raising programme in The Oxford Academy.

Day-to-day I oversee our programmes for underrepresented groups including young carers, care experienced students, service pupils and students of Black African, Caribbean, South Asian or mixed heritage.

I lead on the strategy and development of the Study Higher programme in collaboration with our partner universities, and provide overall direction to the running of the project.
